Came and gone

The Challenge: The goal was twofold: to craft the story's defining dreamlike atmosphere, while developing a unique sonic personality for the protagonist cat.
Bunker Lunar's Solution: We built the dreamlike environment using layers of abstract, processed textures. Comedic expression was achieved through Virginia's voice performances for both the cat and the girl, while detailed foley brought precision and life to every action.
The Result: The sound transcended its role as mere accompaniment to become a fundamental narrative element, adding a new layer of meaning that actively enhanced the short film's visual universe.
The Challenge: To craft a sonic world that would amplify the story's intimate drama, turning subtle elements like breaths and silences into the true engines of narrative tension.
Bunker Lunar's Solution: Through constant dialogue with the director, a high-precision sound design was built. Voices and breaths were given an almost-musical leading role, treated as a central element, and complemented by detailed foley and minimalist ambiences to immerse the viewer in the characters' emotional state.
The Result: The sound became an invisible character breathing alongside the protagonists. It actively builds suspense and dramatic weight, elevating the emotional impact of every scene.
